My massages are client focused. I believe that each massage is different, and should focus on the needs of that individual massage client. Some people are in the need of therapy and rehabilitation, whereas others are more interested in relaxation and rejuvination. This concept insures the that you will receive the perfect massage—the one that fits you best. I specialize in various types, a few are Lymphatic, Sports and Swedish Massages, the most popular and modern styles of massage, but also am well versed in several other massage styles. Swedish Massage:

Is the most common form of massage, and mainly relaxes the muscles, easing aches and pains.

Sports Massage:

Produces effective, long lasting relief of chronic Muscular tension, soft tissue pain, and dysfunction. The intent is to affect the deeper structures of the muscular skeletal system by breaking up patterns or forced lines of muscular tension. Similar to deep tissue, which releases chronic patterns of tension in the body and focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Multi session therapudic  massage packages:   6 sessions $300.00   10 sessions $475.00

Lymphatic Massage:

Rate for Lymphatic Drainage Massage: $50

Stone Therapy:

• The stones can be used for general massage and to treat trigger points or accomplish work in the vertebrae.  Benefits are:
• Warm tendons will loosen faster and stretch further
• Relieves pain and muscle spasms
• Warm temperature helps to expand capillaries, which decrease your blood pressure
• Heat helps to regulate digestion, improve blood circulation, increases body's energy reserve and speed up metabolism
