Fears and Phobias
What are you afraid of today?
From elevators, spiders and birds to needles, dentists and open spaces….there is
nothing we can’t develop anxiety around.
The most important thing to understand about fear is that it is driven by
emotions not thoughts. Thus, using our logical mind to analyze the
fear will not be terribly effective.
Hypnosis, Guided Imagery, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) treat fear where it originates, in our subconscious mind, the home of our emotions. Not treating the root cause of the fear is like pulling the top off a weed. It’s just a matter of time before it comes back.
